RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made on [Date],
BETWEEN:

AND

RECITALS
WHEREAS, Landlord is the lawful owner of the residential property located at [Rental Property Address] ("Premises");
AND WHEREAS, Tenant desires to lease the Premises from Landlord for residential purposes, and Landlord agrees to lease the Premises to Tenant under the terms set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. LEASE TERM

2. RENT

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT

- The security deposit will be held to cover damages beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, or breaches of this Agreement.

4. OCCUPANTS

6. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
- Tenant shall keep the Premises clean and in good condition.
- Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord of any damage or needed repairs.
- Landlord shall be responsible for repairs not caused by Tenant’s misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.
- Tenant shall not make any alterations or improvements without Landlord’s written consent.
7. UTILITIES
- The following utilities and services shall be paid as follows:

8. ENTRY

10. TERMINATION

11. DEFAULT
