AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made on [Date], BETWEEN: [Company Name], a [State] corporation, of [Company Address] ("Company") AND [Employee Name], of [Employee Address] ("Employee").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Company desires to employ Employee in the position of [Job Title]; and WHEREAS, Employee agrees to be employed by Company under the terms set forth herein.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "At-Will Employment" means either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
1.2 "Confidential Information" means proprietary business information not generally known to the public.
1.3 "Work Product" means all intellectual property, inventions, and creative works developed during employment.
2. EMPLOYMENT TERMS

4.3 Only a written agreement signed by the Company's Chief Executive Officer can modify this at-will relationship.
5. WORK SCHEDULE AND POLICIES

5.2 Employee shall comply with all Company policies, procedures, and employee handbook provisions as they may be amended from time to time.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 All Work Product created during employment belongs exclusively to Company.
7.2 Employee hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in Work Product to Company.
7.3 Employee shall assist Company in obtaining and enforcing intellectual property rights at Company's expense.
8. POST-EMPLOYMENT RESTRICTIONS
8.1 For [Time Period] after termination, Employee shall not solicit Company employees for competitive employment.
8.2 Employee shall not compete with Company's business in [Geographic Area] for [Time Period] after termination.
8.3 These restrictions are reasonable and necessary to protect Company's legitimate business interests.
