HUNTING AND FISHING LEASE AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES AND PROPERTY
1.1 This Hunting and Fishing Lease Agreement ("Agreement" or "Lease") is entered into as of [Effective Date] by and between:

6. DEFAULT AND REMEDIES

8. GOVERNING LAW
