AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES AND PROPERTY
1.1 This Agricultural Equipment Lease Agreement ("Agreement" or "Lease") is entered into as of [Effective Date] by and between:

8. GOVERNING LAW
