STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) TEMPLATE
THIS STATEMENT OF WORK (“SOW”) is made on [Date], BETWEEN:

AND
[Service Provider Name], with a principal place of business at [Service Provider Address] (“Service Provider”).
WHEREAS
- The Client desires to engage the Service Provider to perform certain services as described herein; and
- The Service Provider agrees to perform such services under the terms and conditions set forth in this SOW.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. SCOPE OF WORK
1.1 The Service Provider shall perform the following services (“Services”):
