SCHOLARSHIP AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES AND RECITALS
1.1 This Scholarship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] by and between:

3. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

4. DEFAULT AND REMEDIES

5. SECURITY AND COLLATERAL
